Over 100 years of Navy Experience

President and CEO
Mr. Edmon Hagee has over forty years of Research, Development and Acquisition experience in the areas of information technology systems, project test and evaluation, systems analysis, weapons systems acquisition, and foreign technology transfer. His professional experience includes a career in the U.S. Navy prior to entering private industry.

Vice President Business Development
Mr. Duke Ayers has over forty-five years of systems and security engineering experience in the Command, Control and Information Systems. He served in the US Navy for 20 years as a Surface Warfare Officer with tours in Command and Control, Weapons and Engineering. He retired out of NIWC Pac coordinating the PACFLT OTH program.

Vice President Operations
Mr. Stanley Murphy has over 17 years of DoD experience in Operations, Security, and Administration. He served over 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps in various Operations, Administrative, and Security fields, while taking two tours to Afghanistan and one tour to Iraq. During his tours he created multiple Operations and Administrative policies to ensure the safety of Marines.
