C3 Networx, founded in 1994, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). C3 Networx is now solely focused on delivering System Engineering, Software Engineering, IV&V, Configuration Management, Requirements Analysis, Quality Assurance, Information Assurance, and Cyber Security support to Department of Defense customers, primarily through the NIWC Pacific Rapid Integration and Test Environment (RITE) laboratory sponsored by NIWC PAC Code 532.

C3 Networx has been instrumental to the evolution of RITE since its inception, and currently at the center of RITE’s transition to the Collaborative Software Armory (CSA) Secure Development-to-Operations (DevSecOps) capabilities, to include the automation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization in a Day for Software (RADS) and RAISE (RMF Assess and Incorporate for Software Engineering) Architecture.

Major Programs in which the company is currently involved include: Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS) and Executable Architecture Management System (ExAMS).
