The scope of work hereunder shall include test and evaluation (T&E) support, independent verification and validation (IV&V), configuration management (CM), software quality assurance (SQA), and web site maintenance, and support services in support of Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center (SSC) Pacific Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs and Software Support Activity (SSA). SSC Pacific is responsible for ensuring the quality of the C4I product before it is operationally fielded, as well as software support after initial fielding.
NAVSEA has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps, SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.
Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) Mission System (JMS) Engineering SK-1372-13-C3NET-SCIC4I-NSDP (CGI Federal Prime)
Provide systems engineering, systems architecture, information assurance (IA) and cybersecurity engineering, software design and engineering, software quality assurance (SQA), software integration, software testing support, requirements management, configuration management and Fleet deployment (upgrades) to the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) Mission System (JMS) program. JMS is a Major Automated Information System (MAIS), Acquisition Category (ACAT) I program, supporting USSTRATCOM’s Joint Space Command and Control (C2) System. C3N has performed as the Lead System Engineer during the JMS program, being performed by SSC Pacific (SSC-PAC), Code 532 under the Space Program Office (SPO) at U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) located in Los Angeles, CAAS part of the initial start-up team.
Rapid Integration & Test Environment Software Engineering Services N66001-12-D-0113 (Intelesis Prime)
C3 Networx (hereafter referred to as “C3N”) provides system and software engineering support to the Rapid Integration and Test Environment (RITE) Project Office at SSC Pacific (SSC-PAC), Code 532. The RITE Project Office provides technical services and infrastructure support to C2/C4I software programs within the Department of the Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN). The work performed by C3 Networx falls within four major technical requirements categories: RITE Infrastructure Support, RITE Engineering Services Support, RITE Test Services Support, and RITE Training Support.
C4I ISR Solutions (Cubic Prime)
Services include U.S Navy, USMC, other DOD, Joint, other U.S. Government Agencies, and Multinational full spectrum operations, training, and exercise/event support, to include design, development, execution, and after action review/analysis support; embedded Combatant Commander and Component Commander support (operations, research, analysis, doctrine & procedure development, logistics, and acquisition support); coalition warfare planning support, with an emphasis on the integration of multinational and regional; maritime security operations research and analysis, and doctrine, policy and procedure development; open source intelligence and effects assessments; Joint Experimentation and Joint Transformation (research, analysis, design, development, training, experimentation, and operations); Homeland Security/Force Protection/Anti-Terrorism (operations research and analysis, exercise/training/event support, and doctrine, policy & procedure development); regional simulation driven exercise support (design, development, execution and analysis); integrated ISR advanced concept support (research, analysis, design, development, prototype, experimentation, demonstration, and test & evaluation.
