C3 Networx strives to tailor its benefits to the needs of its employees and their families.

The benefits package at C3 Networx represents a significant part of our employees’ total compensation package. We pay up to $350 towards medical/dental/vision benefits.

As the overall benefits package does vary from year to year, use this information as a guide to your search.  Your actual benefits package will be defined in your employment acceptance package.

Medical Benefits
C3 Networx offers two self-insured group health plans: a traditional PPO plan as well as a HMO.  Effective date of coverage is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.  The medical plan includes a prescription drug benefit.  Out-of-network coverage is available.

Dental Benefits
Network coverage is available for preventive, basic, major, and orthodontic services.  PPO as well as DMO plans are available. Effective date of coverage is the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  Out-of-network coverage is available.

Vision Benefits
The Vision option will save on eye exams, contact lenses, and eyeglasses. Services are provided in-network or out-of-network.  Effective date of coverage is the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Flexible Medical Spending Accounts (FSA)
Pre-tax benefits are available for health care or dependent care in accordance with current regulations.

Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Personal Loss Benefits
C3 Networx provides basic life insurance for full-time employees if they have selected medical coverage.  Other life and dependent life options are available.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
C3 Networx funds this benefit entirely and enrollment is automatic if they have selected medical coverage. Long-term disability is provided to full-time employees.

401K Safe Harbor Plan
Starting in February 2018, C3 Networx will now offer a 401K Safe Harbor Plan to all employees. Employees will contribute pre-tax money to a VOYA account through ADP up to the IRS-specified annual limit. Employees are 100% vested immediately.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid time off is accrued each pay period based on years of service.

C3 Networx observes ten paid federal holidays a year.
